We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


⏳ 2-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 2 days

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging (including box) must be included

If these conditions are met, we will accept the return and issue a refund once the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping is provided by the customer. unless faulty


🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

You will get:

  • A free return

  • A full refund

  • Or a replacement (if available)

Please include photos of the issue when contacting us so we can resolve it quickly.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Your order number

  2. The item you want to return

  3. The reason for the return

  4. Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We’ll reply with the instructions.


💳 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return and confirm the condition:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note: We do not refund for items worn, used, or returned after the 2-day window unless faulty.


📌 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items worn outside

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 2-day return window (unless faulty)
